The house has a front terrace with a barbecue. On the first floor is the living-dining room, with air conditioning and an open-plan kitchen. Connecting to the living room is a large terrace of approximately 20 square meters with spectacular views of Platja d'Aro. From this terrace, a staircase leads to a small private garden and access to a semi-private street.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchenware, plates, glasses, and cutlery, as well as all appliances such as a refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and NESPRESSO coffee machine, as well as a washing machine and spreaders.
The duplex has Wi-Fi and air conditioning and heat pumps in both the living room and the two bedrooms upstairs. This floor also has a renovated bathroom with a shower.
In the private garden, there is a shower to refresh yourself and make getting to the beach easier. There is no parking available, but it is a traffic-free area, and it is easy to park right outside the house.
